  • Service Calls are $60 for 2 hours. ( go over two hours and it will be $20 an hour plus $10 fuel for every 30 minutes outside of Nixa, Mo.)
  • Hourly Rates are $25 hour/ $15 an hour for my gig workers.

For Repairs or Upgrades due to time and weather. Remember old structures settle, sometimes they need to be rebalanced and anchored properly to do repair work. It is common to run into other "unseen" issues once a repair/ restore project begins. Layers behind layers, can uncover other issues. These tasks are listed as hourly repairs or upgrades against the weather, such as weather proofing. Hourly rates vary depending on the age of the client, we provide hourly rate discounts for Seniors over 65 and Elders over 85.

These are new features or installations into your home, shed or yard for a base price, (material estimate included for SW Missouri area) These projects are priced based on the estimate price of the materials needed, a price list, and the general cost for labor on installation, along with the tax percent removed for federal reporting. There is no discounted rate on the standard installs. The rate is based on overall time, and manpower required to complete the task. Some projects could vary slightly depending on the complexity of the install.
